The location is very convenient. The staff is friendly and the room is clean!!

There was a window, but it was a room with no much sunlight. so it was cold even if I turned off the air conditioner But I think it's very comfortable for people who don't like hot weather.

Value for money, good location

Place was value for money and the location was excellent - really close to shopping malls and Somerset train station. Room was air-conditioned and apartment had a lift to access rooms. Room had basic cleaning services twice a week and linen change once a week. Cleaning lady in particular was very nice and attentive.

Could not access Netflix and as the building is slightly older, there was a slight odour to the room

Great 3 Week Stay

Room was spacious and comfortable. Some essentials missing but we're provided as soon as asked. Staff very friendly, approachable, responsive and helpful. Washing machine and powder provided. Has dryer option too. Had everything for a comfortable 3 week stay.

Internet connection cut out while using streaming services. Worked after resetting but required a reset fairly often.

The apartment is close to the Somerset train station. There are a lot of restaurants and convenient shops near the property. Also there is laundry machine and dryer available at level 4 of the building.

Great Apartment

The place is situated in an ideal area which is very close to supermarkets and MRT. The apartment was able to cater to all our needs, especially laundry as it had a washing machine (including a built in Tumble dryer). This was really helpful as we stayed there for about 10 days. There is also an induction cooker if you want to cook something small inside.

Nothing much to critisize on. It was worth the money paid for.

Great place to stay

Great location ,close to everything ,Orchard Rd , buses , Mrt ,chemist , supermarkets and food courts. Nice and clean comfortable bed .

Mould on the bathroom ceiling,TV didn't work except for Netflix,needed an antena and floor not clean , hair from previous guests on it . This wasn't a deal breaker as everything else was great

Good

I had a decently nice big room. The location is good, you are about 7-10 mins walking from the MRT and bus stop. There are a few restaurants and a small hawker center close by. Also has a fair price for grocery shopping. The room was clean. There was some washing detergent in the room which is helpful. I did not use the microwave or the pan so can't say anything about that.

There is no light switch next to the bed which means you have to go to the entrance to put the lights off at night. The plug point is on the floor and a little away from the bed, only a few days later did I realize that there was an extension board in one of the drawers in the cupboard. I had requested for an early check-in and agreed to pay the extra for it, and despite that I was told that the room was not yet available but a few mins later I was given a different room (this could have been done without the need to say no in the first place. Cleaning happens only 2 twice a week so if you ask the cleaner, who by the way speaks only Mandarin to skip the day next cleaning would be a few days later.

Excellent stay in the center of the city. Loved it.

It was a service apartment and hence no breakfast was included. However, cooking utensils, with induction are provided to cook your own food. The overall experience was good, and the best part is the property's location, which is close to Somerset MRT and Orchard street. I was there for a week with my spouse and we were really fortunate that we took a decision to book the apartment rather than booking any 3 or 4-star property. Again it's a personal choice if you want to save some extra money which you can use for attractions and trying different cuisine then this is the place for you.

Good location for holidaying adults and value for money

No breakfast. It was a basic service apartment. We love the location. You walk @300m to the Somerset MRT station. Nearby has a NTUC supermarket where you can get all of your groceries needs. There is a row of shophouses which have at least 10 eateries. We ate 4 out of 6 times during our 10 days' stay. There is also ample car park (so will be good for those Malaysians who drive and car park in Orchard areas are exorbitant.

Toilet was basic and does not provide any hanging hooks or bars for towers and clothes. You should improve these small things which are merely irritation. Also, I came back midnight on one of these nights and the security was not good. they should have activated the glass door magnetic locks. Guests can just access it via key cards. Otherwise, outsiders can come in undetected (since this hotel does not provide any security guard services).

proximity to shopping is unbeatable for this price. there is also Netflix on tv.

security and reception are not 24x7. Sliding door to balcony wasn’t oiled, so took a lot of effort to open.
